DIY 2.4MHz Ultrasonic mist maker on transistor 2SC2562

With this device you can turn water or liquid into steam, and there is no heating element, the water is turned into steam by ultrasound

The device is a simple generator on one powerful transistor 2SC2562, its power supply is 30 volts

To turn water into fog, a "sprayer" is needed - its role is performed by a piezoelectric emitter with a frequency of 2.4 MHz and a diameter of 20 mm. At this frequency, the emitter oscillates, due to which the water turns into fog. Emitters are sold and are inexpensive, about a few US dollars

Take a metal can lid and make a hole in it for the emitter.

Glue the emitter to the lid as shown in the photo

Pour water into the jar and apply power to the generator. Never turn on without water, otherwise the emitter will instantly heat up and fail. Water is a load and heat sink for the emitter. On the emitter itself, you can view the signal using an oscilloscope
