How to make a short dual band antenna 175-433MHz

A short dual-band antenna for a walkie-talkie for frequencies of approximately 175-
433 MHz, but these frequencies can be changed during antenna tuning. For tuning, you need an antenna analyzer such as nanovna. The spiral is wound with a 1.2 mm wire on a 10 mm mandrel, the number of turns is visible in the photo. With a 4-7 pF capacitor, you need to select the desired operating range of the antenna
and SWR with the desired resistance.

The capacitor must be soldered to the turns at different
points and thus tune the antenna.
As a result, with such an antenna, the length of the walkie-talkie will be shorter and the range will also
decrease
