Oscillator with a frequency of 32768 Hz

A square-wave signal generator with a frequency of 32768 Hz. The circuit is taken from a wireless doorbell, where this generator is used as an encoder. The generator's signal is fed through a 22k resistor to the base of the transmitter transistor.

This is the signal at the generator output. There is a resistor in the load.
