Joule thief based on a P1703BDG MOSFET transistor

Joule thief based on a P1703BDG MOSFET transistor. Operates from 1.4 volts and above. I tested it at up to 1.8 volts, and the current consumption was 70 mA with a bright LED. If I remove the LED, the gate voltage will exceed 20 volts. I also built it with an FDD8780 transistor, but its efficiency is lower, and it failed when powered by 3 volts.
The transformer is wound on a green ring and contains 20 turns of wire with a diameter of approximately 0.14 mm. The green ring can be taken from a common-mode choke or from the circuit board of an energy-saving lamp
